Description

Waluigi is feeling down after hearing rumors and news that Waluigi will not be a playable character in Super Smash Bros Ultimate.

I'm really disappointed that Waluigi isn't playable in Smash Bros Ultimate.  So I did this.

Well, wouldn't you rather be happy having Waluigi in Ultimate than being sad if he was not included in the game at all?
There's plenty of other characters that aren't playable in Ultimate, but people aren't worrying about them.
